Friendly staff who were very nice and welcoming 😊. the location is great, right in the heart of the city. the room even had a whirlpool tub for relaxing after a long day out exploring.

exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel tv in the room. a lot of good food for meals. location near the best restaurants, bars, and shops and the nearby restaurant.

The service was exceptional and the food was good. We stayed in the family room with the whirlpool and enjoyed it. The employees were supper friendly and amicable all the time. The setting was prime, not far from the best restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions; the hotel's location was great, right in the heart of Jackson, and the Savski Venac district was definitely worth checking out.

The hotel's location near the bus station and Madison was excellent. the property was conveniently situated in the middle of Jackson, making it very favorable. - the room we stayed in was spacious and had a whirlpool, which we enjoyed. - It was great that amenities like an iron, ironing board, work desk, and electric kettle were provided in the room.
